Steve has resided in the Bitteroot Valley since 1980. He has bought and sold various properties in the Bitterroot for quite some time. In 1994, Steve became involved in real estate development; learning the ins and outs of property improvement, cooperation with city planners and necessary infrastructure of land development. Steve's various employment experiences include: Forest Service (Darby, Montana), Tree Pruning, Diplomatic Courier (during a three year residence in Maryland). In 1994, Steve established a landscaping business (The Yard Master) in the Bitteroot that he owned until 2004. Since 1995, Steve has been the project manager for Hamilton Heritage Place Incorporated. After High School Steve attended Bible College and became a licensed and ordained Minister. He has continual involvement in overseas work and Pastoral Leadership in the community. Steve has been married to a native Montanan, Jill Pendergast Knoll for 20years. Together they have six children-three homegrown and three from Russia. |
