I specialize in hotel and motel transactions! After spending my entire life In the hospitality industry, I decided to help others buy and sell Hotels, Motels and other commercial property. I have been a developer of hotels, owner, operator, manager or front line employee in Franchised and independent hotels. I have also owned and operated a casino in a hotel. I have been on the Board of Directors of the Montana Inn Keepers Assoc. For 8 years and on the Board of Directors of the American Hotel and Lodging Assoc. for 7 years. I have also served on local hotel / motel associations and numerous other volunteer organizations. Experience: 4 Hampton Inn Hotels- Responsible for Design, construction, operation of hotels from pre-development and feasibility through operations. 3 independent hotels- Owner/operator and General Manager.
