We are a Father / Daughter team dedicated to assisting you through the process of selling your home and/or, if the need arises, to locate a future home that will satisfy your needs. After 25 years in the Food Service Industry, Bob acquired his Montana Real Estate license in 1985, and became active as a full time Real Estate Professional in 1992 with Lambros Real Estate. He earned his Brokers license in 1995 and moved to Coldwell Banker Steinbrenner Real Estate as one of 12 Broker / Owners.

   In 1999, following 13 years in the Travel Industry, Kasey joined Bob at Coldwell Banker Steinbrenner Real Estate after being awarded her Montana Real Estate license. She worked actively, as a Real Estate Professional, earning her Broker / Owner designation in 2001. In September of 2001 we were approached with an offer to join Lambros Real Estate. After much consideration, we agreed that Lambros had the resources that would help us to be more effective in assisting our clients and customers. 

   Both Kasey and Bob were educated in Missoula schools and attended the University of Montana. Both have worked on a full time basis in the Missoula real estate market and completed in excess of 400 successful transactions, representing both buyers and sellers of real property. Both have filled the roles as Buyers Agents, Sellers Agents, Statutory Broker and as Dual Agents, representing both buyers and sellers on the same transaction. Kasey has been active in the 700 members Missoula County Association of REALTORS®. She has served on the Marketing Services committee and sat on the Board of Directors for 3 years. Kasey was selected as ''Rookie of the Year'' in 1999 and  "REALTOR® of the Year " in 2004, and she and husband Mike, are enjoying the blessing of parenthood with their beautiful daughter, Sydney, 5 years of age and son Chance, 3 years of age.  

  Bob has been married to Carol for 50 years, is a past president of the Association, 98/99. Both are active members in the Missoula County Association of REALTORS®, Montana Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Both hold designations in GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).

  Kasey, Mike, Sydney and Chance enjoy water and snow skiing, golf, walking and Grizzly sports. Bob enjoys daily walks, reading and Grizzly sports.
