Julie Gardner is a licensed attorney and REALTOR. Having practiced real estate law in Missoula for nearly ten years, Julie has extensive experience in the Missoula real estate market. From commercial developments to 1031 exchanges, from conservation properties to families’ dream homes, Julie has a breadth of experience unique among real estate professionals. Her love for matching buyers and sellers makes her entry into real estate sales an exciting new chapter in her professional life. Originally from Indiana, Julie is a third generation REALTOR, following her father and grandfather into the profession. She attended Indiana University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, a Masters of Public Affairs, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the I.U. School of Law. Julie is an avid and devoted volunteer within the Missoula community. Currently, Julie serves on the board of Five Valleys Land Trust, and is a volunteer for the Missoula International School, where she served on the Board for five years. Julie’s husband, Phil, an Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeon at the Western Montana Clinic, also is a committed volunteer in and around Missoula. Julie and Phil are outdoors enthusiasts, and love spending time with their three daughters biking, hiking, rafting and skiing in this magnificent Five Valleys region. |
