• Researched and produced a competitive analysis for the marketing and sales of Waterside Condominiums. A 72 unit condominium development on Flathead Lake.

• Devised and executed an integrated marketing and business plan, along with a state of the art website for La Bella Vita. A 280 unit apartment development in Colorado Springs. The business plan assisted in acquiring the financial necessities for the project.

My family has a long tradition in developing and acquiring real estate across the Front Range. I have been immersed in the culture and found it to be truly rewarding. I moved to Montana from Denver in pursuit of a lifestyle that only Montana can provide.
